This is the 2nd case I bought from you. I love my 1st one because the quality and last longer that the ones I bought from other providers. Anyway, my 2nd one, THIS , Got broke in the parts that is are not covered by the rhinestones and is annoying to the touch. I emailed my complaint to Eva on 12/08/19 and her answer was: I am sorry I will give you a discount of 30% in your new purchase! 😡 What! It is not my fault. I paid $160 for a good quality case. I didn’t say nothing but now all around my case is broke and I email Eva again but she hasn’t answered to me. I have 100 days after purchase to put a claim which I am doing now. I need my money back or a new case good case quality. 😢. The answer from the case resolution: “Because this case was used and damaged in the buyers possession, we are not able to mediate this dispute! 😡
